Overview

Solution Design & Structuring

• Analyze client treasury and transaction structures to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design complex end‑to‑end transaction solutions combining cash management, payments & receivables, trade finance, FX, and supply‑chain‑related products.
• Create client‑specific value‑proposition decks and technical proposals for high‑profile and cross‑border mandates.

Client Advisory & Deal Execution

• Serve as the lead technical and commercial advisor for complex RFPs, large institutional mandates, and multi‑product rollouts.
• Partner with relationship managers, sales, and product teams to scope requirements, define commercial terms, and coordinate implementation across regions and systems.
• Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements (AML, KYC, sanctions, local banking rules).

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, operations, technology, legal) to align solution design with bank policies and technical capabilities.
• Manage critical client reviews and steering committees, presenting progress, risks, and change‑control items for complex implementations.
• Escalate and resolve issues that impact delivery timelines, service levels, or risk exposure.

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

• Share insights on market trends in treasury, payments, trade, and FX to deepen client relationships and support new‑business development.
• Contribute to the development of standardized complex‑solution templates, playbooks, and best practices for the transaction‑banking practice.
• Represent the firm in industry forums, client symposiums, and banking‑technology events.

Team & Capability Development

• Coach and mentor junior transaction‑solutions and relationship‑team members on complex‑mandate handling and solution‑design best practices.
• Drive internal training on new product launches, system enhancements, and regulatory changes affecting transaction solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or finance/technology‑related postgraduate qualification preferred.

Professional Background

• 10–15+ years of experience in **transaction banking, treasury services, cash management, payments, trade finance, or FX** within a major bank or financial institution.
• Proven track record leading or co‑leading **complex, multi‑product, cross‑border transactions and RFPs** for large corporates or institutional clients.
• Experience in the **GCC/Middle East region**, with exposure to Doha/Qatar regulatory and banking environment, is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep understanding of **cash management, payments (domestic & cross‑border), liquidity tools, trade finance, FX, and supply‑chain solutions**.
• Strong analytical and technical skills: ability to model cash‑flow structures, FX exposures, and liquidity impacts of proposed solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at explaining complex technical concepts to senior treasury and finance executives.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations under tight timelines and complex governance frameworks.
• Pay: QAR95.00 - QAR230.00 per hour
