- 3–5 years of experience in BI, reporting, or data visualization
- Proven delivery of dashboards in enterprise environments
• Power BI, DAX, Power Query
- Data modeling and semantic layers
- Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake
- Performance optimization and UX best practices
Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (preferred)
