About Mejuri

Mejuri is a fine-jewelry brand with online, app, and global retail operations, and states a commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable practices.

Role overview

The Visual Merchandising Specialist, In-Store Signage and Production, owns signage and window asset production through distribution to 60+ stores.

The role exercises independent judgment over production timelines, vendor relationships, and store-level asset accuracy; it has no direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain signage and window distribution lists, versions, specifications, and traffic sheets for stores and campaigns.
  • Coordinate print production inputs, proof assets, resolve quality issues, and communicate executable window directives.
  • Partner with retail field teams and store communications; resolve store requests through Linear.
  • Track vendor invoices and monthly budget entries; review store photography and visit stores 1–2 times monthly.
  • Coordinate fixtures and visual assets for openings, remodels, and relocations, and align direction with quarterly and product-drop directives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail marketing production experience with signage or print assets from vendor input through store delivery.
  • Experience proofing print and window assets and managing many versions across multiple stores.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including trackers and automation, and print or production vendor management experience.
  • Strong written communication, executive presentation confidence, independence, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to stores 1–2 times per month; openness to learning and using AI tools is welcomed.

Performance measures

  • Measures include distribution accuracy, on-time asset delivery, response time for store requests, vendor quality and reprint rates, and accurate, timely invoice tracking against budget.

Workplace

  • Hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the Toronto office and two days remote.
  • Store visits are expected 1–2 times per month.

Compensation

  • Base pay range is $70,000–$89,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Workload

  • Workload is deadline-driven and cyclical, with peak periods tied to launches and planning cycles; it is not a standard 9-to-5 schedule.

Benefits

  • Benefits listed for full-time employees include at least four weeks of vacation, personal and observance days, medical and dental coverage, mental health coverage, leave programs, and a product discount.
