The role currently oversees all locations within the UAE, with scope subject to evolve and expand in line with regional growth.
Nature and Scope of Position
:
The Middle East regions covers directly operated retail stores, franchise operated stores, and wholesale accounts.
As much of the VM support is given remotely communication is key to building relationships within the field and achieving the company VM goals.
The role of VM Manager is to work with the Franchises and DOS stores cascading the VM directives across the region whilst ensuring that we take into consideration different market, cultural and commercial needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain VM standards across all stores through regular visits, audits, and reporting, ensuring consistent brand execution.
- Ensure alignment with global and regional VM calendars for all windows, campaigns, and in-store visuals.
- Oversee and support the execution of window displays and in-store concepts to the highest brand standards.
- Lead the communication and implementation of VM guidelines, toolkits, and updates across retail teams.
- Plan and deliver in-store installations, regional activations, and events, adapting global concepts to local markets where needed.
- Support new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments with full VM setup and execution.
- Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Buying, and PR to align VM with commercial objectives and campaigns.
- Analyse sales and customer behaviour to optimise VM effectiveness and drive performance.
- Train and coach store teams to ensure strong VM capability and consistent execution.
- Manage VM budgets, suppliers, and logistics, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and props.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and mall regulations across all markets.
- Act as the key link between regional teams and global VM, sharing feedback and ensuring alignment.
Qualification And Education
- Graduate calibre
- Must be competent user in Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design
- Particular skills/knowledge required:
- Must be proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to incorporate regular mundane tasks into day to day workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written
- Confident team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet the requirements of the business

- Team player with the ability to work on own initiative when required
- Confident and assertive, with the capability and will to develop self
- Strong communication skills and pleasant and accommodating disposition
