Manage and enhance visual presentation of the showroom and retail space for a premium home décor brand.

Responsibilities
- Plan showroom and retail visual merchandising, keeping rugs, furniture, accessories, displays, and décor attractive and on-brand.
- Refresh displays, window presentations, product arrangements, product stories, and seasonal displays.
- Coordinate with sales and retail teams to support sales objectives and maintain showroom presentation standards.
- Assist with store events, exhibitions, launches, and special installations.
- Review customer movement and showroom layout to improve product visibility and experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams; track merchandising materials, props, fixtures, and accessories.
- Maintain a consistent luxury and premium brand image.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of visual merchandising experience; luxury retail, furniture, interiors, or home décor experience is preferred.
- Strong creative and styling skills, attention to detail, and understanding of colour, composition, space planning, and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple display projects; good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of current retail and visual merchandising trends.
- Basic design or visual presentation tools proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi within four months is preferred.
