About the Role:

ASK Solutions is seeking a full time Visual Communication & Document Designer to transform complex operational and technical content into clear, structured, and high-quality visual outputs.

This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. The ideal candidate will focus on how information is communicated , using infographics, diagrams, illustrative visuals, and structured document systems to simplify complexity and enhance clarity across reports, proposals, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate written and technical content into visual formats such as infographics, diagrams, and structured visual frameworks.
• Create illustrative visuals that clearly explain real-world scenarios and operational concepts.
• Design, structure, and format professional documents using Microsoft Word, ensuring proper hierarchy, styles, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations, including master slides and standardized layouts.
• Build and apply consistent visual systems, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and layout structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand content and determine the most effective way to communicate it visually.
• Ensure all visual outputs maintain clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project objectives.
• Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines across various projects.
• Continuously improve document and presentation standards across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in visual communication, document design, or similar roles.
• Strong English proficiency is essential , as the role involves working extensively with technical and professional content.
• Proven experience in infographic creation, diagram design, and illustrative visual development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, structured formatting).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, layouts, presentation systems).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent design tools.
• Excellent ability to understand, structure, and simplify complex information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with technical, operational, or training-related content.
• Strong ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visual systems.
• Experience in building standardized templates and design systems for organizations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
