Visitors Receptionist
to support front desk and visitor management operations across the UAE.
📍 Location: UAE
The role serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff, ensuring a professional, organized, and secure visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and manage visitors in a professional manner
- Register guests and issue visitor passes as per procedures
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding visitor arrivals
- Maintain reception area organization and front desk operations
- Follow visitor security and access control procedures
- Support communication and coordination across teams
- Assist in resolving visitor or operational concerns when required
Requirements
- UAE National / Son or Daughter of UAE National preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service roles
- Experience handling high visitor volumes or calls is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, approachable, and organized personality
- Basic knowledge of office systems and front desk operations
