Visitor Insights Unit Head
to play a key role in enhancing how audiences engage with one of Abu Dhabi’s leading cultural institutions.
Visitor insights are at the heart of decision-making — from exhibition design to programming and overall experience.

🔍 What You’ll Do
- Lead
- audience and visitor research
- (surveys, interviews, segmentation)
- Analyze visitor data to generate
- actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to enhance the
- end-to-end visitor journey
- Partner with cross-functional teams (curatorial, marketing, operations)
- Support strategic decisions that drive
- engagement, satisfaction, and repeat visitation
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in
- audience research, visitor studies, or customer insights
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Ability to translate data into
- clear, impactful recommendations
- Background in museums, cultural institutions, tourism, or experience-driven environments
- A passion for
- culture, storytelling, and visitor experience
