Visa Specialist – Schengen - Tourism Visas Focus | Sky Group
Sky Group is a UAE-based group of companies specialized in travel and tourism, comprising Sky Sham (visas, bookings, and travel consulting), Sky Tours (tourism packages), and Sky Zoner (UAE business setup).
We are currently hiring a Visa Specialist to join the Sky Sham team.
The role is a mix of technical work (processing visa applications) and sales (direct client handling and closing deals).
Responsibilities
- Handle Schengen visa applications primarily, along with multi-country visas for UAE residents
- Review documents and ensure all requirements are met for each visa type
- Follow up on applications with embassies, consulates, or authorized application centers
- Communicate with clients (WhatsApp, phone, in-person) and convert inquiries into actual sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the visa field (Schengen focus)
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to handle client pressure
- Good knowledge of European embassy procedures and visa requirements for different countries
- Precision and organization in managing documents and deadlines
Preferred
- Previous experience in a travel agency or visa services company
