Abroad Visa Point is a growing visa and immigration consultancy dedicated to helping clients achieve their international travel, study, work, and migration goals.
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with visa applications and documentation requirements.
- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule and manage visa appointments with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa processes, requirements, and timelines.
- Follow up with clients regarding application progress and additional documentation needs.
- Maintain organized records of client files and application statuses.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Previous experience in visa consulting, immigration services, travel consultancy, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of migration and immigration processes is a strong advantage.
- Experience handling study visa applications and student counseling is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with visa requirements for major destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe, and other popular study and migration destinations is an advantage.
