Overview
We are looking for a Visa Consultant with strong sales and communication skills to handle inbound leads and guide clients through the US, Schengen and other country visa process.
You will be the first point of contact—explaining visa types, advising on requirements, and closing consultations with a focus on service quality and conversion.
Please do not apply if you dont have minimum 1 year Tourist Visa Sales experience!
Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with assigned leads for visa inquiries
Understand client needs and recommend suitable visa options
Clearly explain the application process, documents required, and timelines
Assist in preparing documentation and scheduling appointments
Coordinate interviews, follow up on submissions, and manage client expectations
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Tourist Visa applications
Proven track record handling US and Schengen visa processes
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
Familiarity with embassy/VFS processes and online submission platforms
Based in Dubai with knowledge of local procedures
