Visa Consultant / Business Development Executive – Schengen Visa Services
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 3+ years in visa services in Riyadh
We are hiring an experienced Visa Consultant / Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of Schengen visa processing.
The candidate must be confident in handling visa applications and also willing to go outside, meet clients, and generate new leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Schengen visa enquiries and client consultations
- Guide clients on documents, appointments, travel insurance, itinerary, cover letters, and bank statement requirements
- Prepare and review visa application files
- Coordinate VFS/embassy-related procedures and client follow-ups
- Generate new leads through outdoor visits, networking, referrals, and client meetings
- Convert enquiries into confirmed clients
- Maintain proper records of leads, applications, follow-ups, approvals, and rejections
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of visa service experience in Riyadh
- Strong experience in Schengen tourist, business, and visit visa applications
- Good knowledge of VFS process, appointment booking, documentation, and application filing
- Must be ready for outdoor client visits and lead generation
- Good communication, client handling, and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and confident in meeting clients
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in travel agencies, visa consultancies, immigration firms, or corporate travel services.
