• Minimum Required Experience: 3+ years of strong real estate and construction recruiting experience
• Ability to effectively research and source viable candidates
• Presents organized and thorough information and data
• Excellent communication skills to partner and deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
• Utilizes a variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to and support new work structures, processes, or cultures.
• Demonstrates follow-up skills.
• Prioritizes regular workload, special tasks, and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frames.
• Self-motivated.
• Team-oriented. Consults with Team members and management as needed to complete assigned responsibilities.
• Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative work relationships both internally and externally.
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
• Strong fluency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company software applications.

Minimum Salary: 80,000 - Maximum Salary : 85,000
