Location : Remote

Schedule : 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST , open availability from Monday through Sunday , 8-hour shift

Be the friendly and helpful voice for customers exploring storage solutions

Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, live chat, and video support

Handle account updates, billing questions, online rentals , and payment processing

Promote insurance, products, and special offers

Submit and follow up on maintenance requests

Thrive in a collaborative team environment that values heart and hustle

2+ years of call center experience

Calm, friendly, and confident phone demeanor

Strong multitasking and tech skills

Bonus points for sales/upselling experience

Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus!

Familiarity with tools like MS Outlook and Sitelink
