About This Role

Overview

PulseMediaNL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.

This role is essential in providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions and increased team efficiency.

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and record maintenance
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks across departments

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all channels

Task & Project Assistance

  • Support ongoing projects with research, organization, and execution tasks
  • Track progress on assigned tasks and provide regular updates
  • Help prioritize workloads and ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Assist with basic project management and coordination duties

Systems & Process Support

  • Use productivity tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Assist in improving workflows and administrative processes
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to operational efficiency

About the Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or similar) is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
