About This Role

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring organization across tasks, and helping maintain efficient workflows throughout the organization.

Responsibilities Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses
  • Perform data entry, document management, and file organization
  • Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks

**Communication & Coordination**

  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record notes
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups across departments
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents

**Task Management & Support**

  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to support team productivity
  • Assist with organizing workloads and prioritizing assignments
  • Provide support on ongoing projects and operational activities
  • Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion

**Systems & Process Support**

  • Use administrative tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Assist in updating internal documentation and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows

Requirements About the Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CRM or administrative systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
