Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years customer service or reception experience preferred. 2 years or more Front Desk experience in a similar first-class hotel preferred. Be able to answer phones quickly, courteously and in a professional manner. Ensure that Guests' business is kept confidential. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. The ability to operate computerized front office system. Must be able to obtain all work cards required of the position within the property’s jurisdiction.
