• , while ensuring the highest standards of Qatari hospitality for all guests, VIPs, official visitors, and private family guests.
• The role manages the daily operations of the Majlis and all associated facilities, hospitality and service teams, cleanliness and presentation standards, facility readiness, maintenance coordination, and Arabic and Qatari hospitality etiquette and traditions at all times.
• The VIP Majlis Manager also manages the delivery of luxury hospitality services across all facilities to ensure all guests receive exceptional experiences aligned with cultural traditions, privacy standards, luxury service expectations, and VIP hospitality requirements.

A. VIP Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Always Maintain the highest standards of Qatari and Gulf hospitality.
• Supervise the serving of Arabic coffee (Gahwa), tea, refreshments, and meals according to traditional etiquette and protocols.
• Personally oversee the reception of VIP guests and the quality of service provided to them
• Ensure the Majlis is fully prepared before guest arrivals or events Maintain luxury presentation standards across all majlis area.
• Handle special requests from VIP guests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest privacy, confidentiality and respectful service always.

B. Majlis Operations Management

• Manage the daily operations of the Majlis and hospitality activities.
• Ensure all Majlis areas remain clean, organized, and fully operational.
• Monitor furniture arrangement, overall appearance, fragrances, lighting, and the general ambiance of the Majlis.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, catering, drivers, security, and household service teams when required.
• Ensure adequate availability of all hospitality supplies and inventory.
• Conduct daily operational inspections of the Majlis.

C. Leadership & Team Supervision

• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 20 to 30 hospitality and service employees.
• prepare employee schedules, shifts and task assignments.
• Train Employees: VIP Service Standards, Qatari Hospitality Etiquettie, Appearance & Grooming, Professional Conduct & Cleanliness Standards.

D. Cleanliness & Presentation Standards

• Ensure the implementation of the highest cleanliness standards throughout all Majlis facilities Conduct regular inspections.

E. Event & Gathering Coordination

• Prepare the majlis for private meetings gatherings, Ramadan events, and VIP occasions. Coordinate staffing and service arrangements during events.

F. Maintenance & Facility Management

• Ensure the Majlis facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are always maintained to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of all Majlis areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Diploma or in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in: VIP hospitality Luxury Majlis management Palace or royal household hospitality VIP services within luxury 5-star hotels Private family office.
• Operations Strong knowledge of Qatari and Gulf tradition.

& Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail
• High level of confidentiality and discretion Knowledge of Arabic hospitality traditions and Protocols.

Language Requirements

• Mandatory English language.
• Additional languages are considered and advantage.

Working Conditions

• Operational requirements and VIP needs Work may require evenings, weekends, Ramadan periods, and special occasions.
