We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused **VIP Food Account Manager** to manage premium restaurant and kitchen partners, grow commercial performance, and deliver a high-quality partner experience.
About the Role
As a **VIP Food Account Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners.
You will act as the main point of contact for VIP food partners, ensuring their business performance, menu quality, pricing, promotions, and growth opportunities are continuously optimized.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong passion for sales, account management, food business growth, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP restaurant and catering partners.
- Understand partner needs and ensure their expectations are consistently met.
- Own the full performance of your partner portfolio, including sales performance, in-store operations, marketing, growth strategies, and day-to-day support.
- Ensure menu quality, price parity, vendor-funded deals, and affordability initiatives are maintained across the portfolio.
- Build and renew commercial relationships through contract renewals, offer renegotiations, preferred partnerships, and upselling new profitability levers.
- Maintain a regular cadence of in-person meetings with assigned restaurant partners.
- Provide proactive reporting to partners on performance, growth opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Negotiate and onboard restaurants onto advertising products to help boost their visibility and growth.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets and work closely with the team lead to ensure consistent portfolio growth.
- Maintain detailed and granular reporting on portfolio performance.
- Upsell additional services to existing restaurant partners, such as logistics services, premium programs, loyalty programs, and other business growth solutions.
- Support the adoption of digital tools by encouraging partners to use the vendor portal, self-service features, and self-booking tools.
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, product, logistics, and support to resolve partner issues and improve partner experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor experience, partner profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate should have:
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, partnerships, or a related role.
- Strong experience managing restaurant, food, hospitality, marketplace, or e-commerce partners is preferred.
- Passion for sales, commercial growth, and relationship management.
- Ability to manage a transactional deal cycle and close commercial opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and upselling skills.
- High level of ownership, dedication, and accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and performance-tracking skills.
- Ability to identify partner needs and convert them into business growth opportunities.
- Creative sales mindset with the ability to engage partners and drive adoption of new services.

They should be proactive, organised, target-driven, and comfortable meeting restaurant partners in person while also using data and reporting to support business decisions.
