Role Profile

• Enroll new members, welcome VIP guests, introduce lounge facilities, and assist with concierge requests.
• Provide VIP guest service and share information about the mall, its services, and the surrounding area.
• Maintain a comfortable lounge environment, including coordination of F&B service, housekeeping, and overall ambience.
• Arrange reservations and VIP services such as dining, transportation, entertainment, and external activities.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls and personalize members’ visits based on their profiles and preferences.
• Support VIP guests with shopping assistance, including personal shopping and recommendations on trends and stores.
• Coordinate with tenants, service providers, and internal teams while managing campaigns, events, and service bookings.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, promotions, transactions, and ensure accurate records while maintaining lounge cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
• Preferably experienced in Front Desk or Concierge roles.
• Background in hospitality, operations, and administrative support.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
