Job Overview
Weather Seal Windows is seeking a full-time Vinyl Window Assembler with CNC operations, vinyl frame welding, and cleaning experience.
The role involves hands-on window manufacturing in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Load and input data into a CNC vinyl cutting machine.
- Load and operate four-point vinyl welders.
- Perform heat welding and other fabrication tasks to secure window components.
- Assemble window frames, sashes, and components according to specifications.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, saws, cutting stations, assembly tools, and a vinyl heating oven.
- Read production orders, drawings, and work instructions.
- Measure dimensions and inspect products for quality and workmanship.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow safety and quality standards.
- Assist with material handling and inventory movement.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or fabrication with shapes.
- Prior CNC operations experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools and an oven.
- Ability to work with a bending template machine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliability, dependability, safety focus, and ability to lift and move materials.
Compensation
- Hourly pay is listed at $20.00-$27.50 per hour based on experience.
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
Schedule
- Day shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
