Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is an exclusive beachside resort located in the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
Inspired by the palaces of the Ottoman Empire, the resort is home to the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, a curated selection of restaurants, and family-friendly experiences.
Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.

- The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, manage luggage, and provide a warm, personalized welcome experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services, including arranging amenities and handling special requests.
- Deliver seamless food and beverage service, maintaining deep knowledge of menu offerings and service etiquette.
- Carry out guest registration, cashiering, and related administrative tasks while maintaining smooth and professional interactions.
- Recognize and resolve guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective service recovery and escalation when necessary .
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment; confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.
- Proficient in English and Russian languages.
