Videographer, Video Editor & Social Media Executive

Role overview

Video and content production

• Shoot videos and photos of properties, projects, agents, events and company activities.
• Create Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, property walkthroughs, promotional videos and corporate content.
• Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Plan social content and develop creative, trend-aware ideas for the Dubai real estate market.

Social media and campaigns

• Manage company Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Run Instagram and Facebook boosting and Meta paid advertising campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, reach, leads and follower growth; identify high-performing content and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate property and personal-branding content with sales agents, maintain consistent branding and provide basic performance reports.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant professional experience and proven videography, video-editing and social-media-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, boosting and paid social campaigns; strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong video editing and photography skills; knowledge of cameras, lighting, microphones and gimbals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects; strong communication and time-management skills.
• Dubai real estate experience is highly preferred.
• A portfolio or showreel is required, with examples of social media pages or campaigns previously managed.

Compensation and employment

• Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
• Employment type is full-time.
