Collaborate with marketing teams and agents to plan video shoots and develop creative concepts.

Capture high-quality interior and exterior video footage of residential and commercial properties.

Set up and take down professional equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and stabilization gear.

Identify optimal shooting angles, lighting, and locations to best showcase the property.

Edit raw footage using industry-standard software like DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut.

Incorporate graphics, special effects, and closed captioning.

Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and meet high production standards.

Produce a variety of content, including promotional videos, property tours, and agent spotlights.

Create and edit short-form content for social media platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Stay up-to-date on trends in real estate videography and social media marketing.

Adapt content to trending audio, formats, and topics.

Publish content, analyze performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.

Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment.

Stay informed about new equipment and techniques.

Real Estate experience is a must.

Proven hands-on experience in video editing.

Strong knowledge of: DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut.

Excellent understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and grow in Social Media Marketing and AI strategy.
