We’re looking for a **Content Creator** with a strong focus on **video editing, AI visual generation, and social-first content.**
This role is built for someone who understands how content performs today, not just how it looks.
You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact visual content across platforms, combining **editing, AI tools, and creative direction** to produce work that is fast, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
1. Video Editing & Social Content
- Edit high-quality, engaging video content tailored for **Reels, TikTok, and short-form platforms**.
- Work with raw footage to create sharp, fast-paced edits with strong hooks and retention.
- Adapt content for different formats while maintaining brand consistency.
2. AI Visual Creation
- Use tools such as **Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, and similar platforms** to generate visuals, concepts, and video assets.
- Integrate AI into content workflows to enhance speed, creativity, and output quality.
- Experiment with new formats, styles, and visual trends using AI-driven tools.
3. Content Planning & Ideation
- Contribute to **content ideas, formats, and series concepts** aligned with brand goals.
- Think in terms of performance, not just aesthetics. What works, what hooks, what converts.
- Collaborate with the team to build content calendars and campaign directions.
4. Creative Execution
- Bring ideas to life from concept to final output.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and visual identity.
- Maintain a consistent and high standard across all deliverables.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in **video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent)**
- Experience creating **short-form, high-performing social content**
- Hands-on experience with **AI tools (Higgsfield preferred, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)**
- Good understanding of pacing, hooks, and content structure
Experience
- Minimum **2 years in content creation, video editing, or similar roles**
- Portfolio showcasing **social-first video work and creative output**
Soft Skills
- Strong creative instinct with a clear understanding of trends
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Preferred
- Experience in agency or brand-side content creation
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Understanding of performance-driven content (ads, conversions, engagement)
