Where architecture becomes art

We are looking for a skilled videographer and photographer to join the project now and capture the complete journey - from the current construction phase through to the finished residences.

You will work closely with the project and marketing teams to capture content that serves both documentation and brand purposes: investor presentations, social media, editorial features, and archive.

What you'll capture

Scheduled site visits to photograph and film key structural and finishing milestones as the villas take shape.

Compelling time-lapse sequences and behind-the-scenes footage showing the build from foundations to final form.

Close-up photography of materials, trades at work, and bespoke finishes that define Archvoyage's quality standard.

Beautifully lit photography of completed living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, and entertaining areas.

Wide and medium format stills of facades, landscaping, pools, and outdoor living areas at completion.

Dusk and golden-hour sessions capturing the finished villas at their most atmospheric.

Drone footage throughout the build and at completion - site overview, exteriors, and surrounding landscape.

Vertical reels, curated still sets, and short-form clips for digital and social platforms at every stage.

Expected outputs

Curated, edited photo sets from each site visit documenting key milestones and finishing work.

A compelling 2-4 minute documentary-style video tracing the villa from construction through to completion.

03.

Drone footage at construction stage and again at completion - site overview, exteriors, and landscape.

04.

Full editorial-quality photo suite of each finished villa - interiors, exteriors, details, and twilight sets.

05.

A polished 3-5 minute cinematic film presenting each completed villa as a luxury lifestyle experience.

06.

Reels, time-lapses, story-format clips, and curated still sets for digital and social publishing.

What we're looking for

Construction or architectural site experience -

comfortable working on active sites and documenting a build in progress

Luxury property photography portfolio -

demonstrated experience with high-end residential interiors and exteriors

Strong cinematography and storytelling skills -

gimbal operation, smooth movement, and the ability to craft a narrative from raw footage

Professional-grade equipment -

own full-frame or medium format camera system and audio kit

Eye for luxury aesthetics -

understanding of light, texture, composition, and material quality

Reliability and professionalism -

deadline-driven with strong client-facing communication skills

A curated portfolio is mandatory with every application.

We are looking for evidence of your ability to work in luxury environments and tell a visual story across both stills and motion.

Your portfolio should include:

10 - 15 photography samples -

from luxury residential, interior, or architectural projects

1 - 2 video reels or links -

to property/architectural films you have produced

Drone footage examples -

aerial and exterior villa or estate work preferred

Before/after comparison -

(RAW vs edited) to demonstrate your post-production approach

Brief notes on your role
