About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and creative **Content & Social Media Manager** who goes far beyond basic posting.
This role is focused on building a strong personal brand in the real estate and investment space through high-quality, strategic content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant digital formats.
We are a **German-speaking real estate company based in Dubai**, and all content must be created and managed **in German**.
This includes scripts, captions, post copy, video concepts, and overall content communication.
You will work directly with the founder to develop, execute, and scale a content ecosystem that builds trust, authority, and inbound investor interest within the German-speaking target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a **content strategy** tailored to a German-speaking audience
- Create and manage **German-language content** for Instagram and Facebook, including Reels, feed posts, and stories
- Write **scripts in German** for short-form videos, talking-head content, podcast formats, and other brand content
- Support and coordinate **video production**, including on-site shooting sessions
- Edit high-quality **short-form video content** for social media
- Optimize and maintain a **premium social media presence**, including profile structure, feed consistency, and content quality
- Help build a clear and effective **content funnel**, from attention and trust to investor conversion
- Monitor performance and continuously improve content quality, structure, and relevance
What This Role Is Not
- No basic upload-only or scheduling-only role
- No purely design-based Canva position
- No community-management-only function
- This is a **content strategy and execution role** with direct influence on brand growth, market positioning, and lead generation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in **content creation and social media management**
- Strong understanding of **short-form video content**, especially Reels and similar formats
- Experience with **video editing tools** such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Ability to write strong **hooks, scripts, and content ideas in German**
- Excellent **German language skills**, written and spoken, are essential
- Good English skills are a plus for internal coordination
- Strong understanding of **storytelling, audience psychology, and attention-driven content**
- Basic knowledge of **personal branding and digital positioning**
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, finance, luxury, or high-ticket industries
- Experience working with founders, personal brands, or investor-focused businesses
- Understanding of the German-speaking market and audience expectations
