Role overview

Production and project duties

• Shoot and edit internal announcements, promotional social videos, product marketing videos, event videos, corporate training videos, and other corporate and brand content.
• Plan shoots, scout and reserve locations, develop production schedules, and arrange additional crew, talent, or equipment when needed.
• Record and edit video and sound, choose output formats, organize media, add graphics, titles, music, voice-over and sound effects, and archive project files.
• Manage the video library and multiple projects.
• Plan project budgets when needed, allocate resources, set deadlines, and choose execution approaches.

Experience and portfolio

• At least 3 years of video content production experience.
• A showreel or portfolio of video work samples is required.

Production and post-production skills

• Video production familiarity includes current equipment and formats, preproduction, studio and field production, lighting and grip, and scripted or storyboarded corporate and marketing concepts.
• Audio skills include small-format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, studio and field recording, and multitrack and waveform editing.
• Post-production skills include digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
• Photography skills are an added advantage.
• The role calls for strong creative project planning, multitasking, working under pressure and tight deadlines, and teamwork.

Pay

• AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
