About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on
Videographer
to lead the planning and execution of high-quality video content, primarily reels and short-form videos for social media campaigns.
This is a core creative role focused on bringing brand stories to life through engaging, platform-first content.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and producing videos that align with clients’ marketing and branding goals.
Key responsibilities
include operating camera and recording equipment, setting up lighting and production environments, managing end-to-end video shoots, and ensuring all final outputs meet creative and brand quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Video Production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production
- Shoot and edit reels, short videos, and brand content for restaurants, corporates, and other clients that feel cinematic
- Experience in Shooting Video for different content formats and purposes
- Work closely with the creative team to develop ideas and storyboards
- Translate briefs into clear shot lists and coverage plans, aligning with the creative and marketing teams so every shoot has intent, strong hooks
- Use cameras, lighting, and audio equipment effectively on location or in the studio
- Stay updated on trends and best practices for social media video content
- Keep video files organized and manage project deadlines
- Be available for on-ground client shoots
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in photography and videography
- Confident with lighting basics and can adapt quickly using available light and compact setups to maintain consistent output across locations
- Thrive in a 0 to 100 startup environment, bring daily intensity, take ownership of outcomes, and actively contribute to a positive culture
- Comfortable being hands-on across shoots, creators, products, and events, showing up prepared, proactive, and accountable for the final on-set output
- Ability to shoot and edit for multiple formats and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and camera movement
- Aesthetic eye with attention to visual details and brand alignment
