Lead the company's social media visual content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Own the creative process from brainstorming and scripting through filming and final video editing to grow the online audience.
Responsibilities
- Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form vertical videos daily.
- Edit with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro, using trending audio, precise cuts, text overlays, and color grading.
- Monitor social algorithms, trending audio, and viral formats and adapt them to the brand.
- Organize raw footage, audio assets, and project files for future campaigns.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven short-form content creation experience.
- Provide a portfolio link, showreel, or social media handles showcasing previous video work; applications without samples will not be reviewed.
- Mastery of framing, lighting setups, wireless microphone audio capture, and editing software.
- Strong English communication skills, including writing engaging captions and hooks.
- Own equipment is required.
Pay
- AED 5,000–6,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
