DNK Real Estate is looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality property videos, creating engaging real estate content, and editing professional videos for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for real estate properties, project launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct property walkthroughs, drone shoots (if licensed), and lifestyle video productions.
- Edit videos with transitions, effects, subtitles, motion graphics, and sound enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content strategies.
- Ensure all video content aligns with company branding and quality standards.
- Manage and organize video footage, project files, and content archives.
- Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and social media trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools.
- Knowledge of drone videography is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and content trends.
- Creative eye for composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
