Role overview

Content production and editing

• Shoot and edit short-form reels and TikToks, plus long-form event coverage, brand films, and interviews for multiple clients.
• Create on-brand edits with strong pacing, sound design and effects, motion graphics, and light VFX where needed.
• Color grade and correct footage for a consistent, premium look; mix and clean dialogue, voiceover, and music.
• Shoot with professional camera equipment or smartphones depending on the brief and setting.
• Plan shots and storyboards when needed.
• Style captions and subtitles and export in platform formats including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
• Follow approved briefs and technical specifications and deliver on time.
• Manage footage and deliverables in Frame.io and coordinate with the account team to maintain each client's voice.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing short-form and long-form video; a portfolio or showreel is required.
• Strong command of CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects for motion graphics and VFX.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or a similar tool for color grading.
• Confident shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and phones; comfortable with microphones, LED lighting, and gimbals or stabilizers.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Comfortable filming on location, including events, interviews, and action or sports settings.
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented, with care in following briefs and achieving first-pass approval.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Dubai, UAE; a valid UAE driving license is a plus.

• Tools include CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar, and Frame.io.
