Role overview

Filming and post-production

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns, brand stories, social media, and digital advertisements.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; capture footage and produce polished video assets.
• Edit corporate videos, podcast episodes, and short-form clips, adding graphics and sound and optimizing content for platforms.
• Perform basic color grading, sound mixing, multi-track audio sync, and graphic overlay integration.
• Organize and back up media, maintain equipment, and manage efficient post-production workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on briefs, concepts, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.

Qualifications and experience

• Proven experience in corporate video filming, event coverage, and studio or podcast recording.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video-editing tools.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating videography and editing; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Strong eye for framing, lighting, and corporate storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, and online ads; ability to translate briefs into video narratives.
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills; able to manage timelines and concurrent assignments.
• Relevant experience in videography, film, media, or marketing; a related degree or diploma is advantageous.
• Able to work on-site in Dubai in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Additional technical skills

• Hands-on experience with Sony mirrorless systems, ATEM/live switchers, and wireless audio setup is a strong plus.
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve are listed as alternative editing software options.
