The Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing 3–5 music videos per week from AI-generated assets
• Taking visual outputs (VidMuse, Runway, etc.) and turning them into coherent, engaging films
• Introducing performance, pacing, and emotional progression into otherwise static visuals
• Integrating or creating lip sync where appropriate
• Refining transitions, cuts, and rhythm to match the music
• Creating short-form cutdowns for TikTok, Meta, Spotify Canvas

Tools You'll Likely Use

• AI video tools (Runway, Pika, VidMuse, etc.)
• Lip sync / avatar tools (HeyGen, D-ID, similar)
• Editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
• You don’t need to know all of them — but you need to
• figure things out quickly
• .
• This is not about ticking boxes.
• You should:
• Have strong visual taste — know when something feels “off”
• Understand pacing, rhythm, and emotional build
• Be comfortable working with imperfect AI outputs and improving them
• Be proactive — not waiting for step-by-step instructions
• Care about quality over quantity, but still move fast
• Bonus if you’ve:
• Edited music videos
• Worked with AI video tools
• Built content for social platforms

What This Role Is NOT

• Not basic video editing
• Not template-based work
• Not someone waiting for instructions
• You will be expected to
• think, interpret, and improve.
• We have 50–60+ tracks ready to go, and this number is growing.
• The quality of the visual output will directly impact:
• audience engagement
• brand perception
• growth of the platform
• You won’t just be editing videos.
• You’ll be helping define the
