Video Production Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **End-to-End Production:** Manage the entire video production lifecycle—from pre-production planning and storyboarding to shooting and post-production editing.
• **Content Creation:** Produce high-quality, engaging videos tailored for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn), corporate presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• **Equipment Management:** Operate and maintain camera gear, lighting equipment, and audio recording systems to ensure optimal production quality.
• **Post-Production Magic:** Edit raw footage, mix audio, and add motion graphics/animations using industry-standard software to deliver polished final products.
• **Collaboration & Strategy:** Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all video content aligns with the brand's visual identity and campaign objectives.
• **Asset Management:** Organize, archive, and manage all video assets and project files for efficient retrieval and future use.

Qualifications & Skills

• **Experience:** 2 to 4 years of proven experience in video production, videography, and video editing, preferably within a corporate or agency environment in the GCC.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.
• **Camera Operation:** Strong hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic) and stabilization equipment (gimbals, drones).
• **Lighting & Audio:** Solid understanding of lighting techniques and sound recording for both indoor studio and outdoor environments.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong time-management skills, ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills.

• **Social Media Execution:** Hands-on experience drafting, scheduling, and managing social media posts to accompany video content across various platforms.
• **SEO & Content Optimization:** Understanding of Video Search Engine Optimization (SEO/SCO), including the strategic use of metadata, tags, and keywords to maximize organic reach and engagement.
• **Broad Media & Publishing:** A background in general media publishing, cross-platform content distribution, or experience creating digital and print media beyond standard video formats.

Experience

• Videography: 2 years (Preferred)
