Role Description
The Video Editor Intern will support the creative team in producing engaging video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communication.
This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai and involves working closely with marketers, designers, and content creators.
Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage, adding transitions and effects, optimizing sound and color, and preparing final exports in multiple formats.
The intern will assist in organizing media assets, maintaining project files, and supporting video production tasks such as basic shooting or screen recording when needed.
The role also includes contributing creative ideas, staying aligned with brand guidelines, and meeting deadlines in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to work with raw footage and follow creative briefs.
- Knowledge of Video Color Grading and basic color correction to ensure consistent visual quality across projects.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Familiarity with common editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar software).
- Current student or recent graduate in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to take and apply constructive feedback.
- Interest in digital marketing and social media content formats; understanding of platform-specific requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a diverse, fast-paced team environment.
