We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented junior video editor & graphic designer to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys creating engaging content across social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications.

You will work closely with our strategy, content, and account management teams to bring ideas to life through video and design while contributing to multiple brands across different industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging reels, advertisements, founder-led content, interviews, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes videos
  • Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and visual effects where appropriate
  • Organise and manage video assets and project files
  • Assist with basic colour correction and audio enhancement
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Design static social media posts, carousels, digital advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Create visual assets that support content strategies and campaigns
  • Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms
  • Maintain consistency across brand identities and visual guidelines
  • Support the team with ad creatives, event materials, and internal design requirements
  • Assist during content shoots when required
  • Support basic content planning and creative brainstorming
  • Work closely with strategists and copywriters to execute creative concepts
  • Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and design best practices

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or equivalent software)
  • Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform best practices
  • Good sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual composition
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to take feedback and implement revisions efficiently
  • Portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design work
  • Bonus points
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation
  • Photography or videography skills
  • Experience working in an agency, startup, or content-focused environment
  • Been in an agency environment previously
  • Basic knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing
