Role overview
The creative team is seeking a professional who combines graphic design skills with video editing expertise.
The role turns raw footage, creative briefs and brand assets into polished content in collaboration with production and management teams.
Video editing
- Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms, plus short-form Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce trailers, cinematic edits, promotional videos and branded content.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound design and visual effects where appropriate.
- Maintain storytelling, pacing and visual quality, deliver on schedule and manage revisions efficiently.
Graphic design and collaboration
- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, podcast covers and other client promotional graphics.
- Develop concepts aligned with brand identities and maintain consistent typography, colors, layouts and visual standards across formats.
- Collaborate on creative briefs, incorporate client feedback, organize project files and workflows, and follow current design and editing trends.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showing both.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator; Adobe After Effects experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media formats, visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and time management, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
