Role

Editing and design qualifications

• Professional experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and with CapCut for fast-paced social content.
• Strong Adobe After Effects skills across motion graphics, animation, transitions, tracking, and masking.
• Professional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and graphic design.
• Strong experience editing Reels, TikTok videos, social media ads, corporate videos, and promotional content.

Production skills

• Strong color correction and grading skills, including consistent, cinematic, brand-appropriate looks.
• Understanding of LOG footage, exposure, white balance, skin tones, LUTs, scopes, and matching colors between shots.
• Ability to create masks, rotoscoping, motion tracking, transitions, and visual effects.
• Understanding of sound editing, subtitles, and video export optimization for social media.

Creative and workflow qualifications

• Experience creating social media posts, stories, advertising creatives, banners, and campaign designs.
• Understanding of composition, typography, branding, visual consistency, current trends, hooks, pacing, storytelling, and short-form styles.
• Experience using AI tools for video creation, AI-generated visuals, image generation, video enhancement, and creative content production.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, maintain client visual identities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
• An updated portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

Additional advantages

• Professional photography and/or videography skills, including experience with professional cameras, are advantageous.
• Digital marketing knowledge or hands-on experience is an additional advantage, particularly Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
• General understanding of social media management and content strategy is a plus.

Pay

• Pay is QAR 4,000 to QAR 7,000 per month.

Employment terms

• The position is full-time and the description states a one- to two-year employment contract.
• Freelancers, part-time applicants, and freelance service providers will not be considered.

Work location

• The job is based in Doha, Qatar, and work is in person.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, Reels, promotional videos, and professional graphic designs.
• Edit social media, corporate, and promotional video content for client projects.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, transitions, masks, tracking, rotoscoping, and visual effects.
• Apply color correction and grading to achieve consistent, cinematic, brand-appropriate visuals.
• Create social media posts, stories, advertising creatives, banners, and campaign designs.
• Use AI tools for video creation, generated visuals, image generation, video enhancement, and creative production.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and follow brand guidelines across different clients.
• Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
