Video Editing and Production

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for residential and commercial property listings.
• Create promotional videos, property walkthroughs, project showcases, advertisements
• and campaign videos.
• Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media videos and other
• short-form content.
• Edit raw footage by adding transitions, titles, subtitles, background music, voiceovers,
• sound effects and motion graphics.
• Ensure every video maintains professional quality, accurate information and brand consistency

Graphic Design

• Design visually appealing social media creatives, property advertisements, website/blog
• banners, brochures, flyers, posters, thumbnails and presentation materials.
• Create marketing designs for residential, commercial and investment property
• campaigns.
• Monitor competitor and industry content to identify relevant creative opportunities without
• copying existing work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in both video editing and graphic design.
• Strong working knowledge of:

○ Adobe After Effects

• ○ Adobe Photoshop
• ○ Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with additional tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe
• Audition, CapCut, Filmora or similar applications will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, transitions, visual storytelling,
• sound design and colour correction.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, colour
• theory, composition, branding and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience in creating social media reels, advertisements, promotional video and
• marketing creatives.
• Understanding of digital platform requirements for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,
• LinkedIn, websites and paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual and factual accuracy.
