The Role

  • You'll be editing on-camera content for CEOs and founders - shaping the pacing, adding the right visuals, and producing videos that represent their brand and get results.
  • Day to day you'll:
  • Edit short-form talking-head videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms (30–90 seconds)
  • Transform long-form content into engaging short-form clips with strong hooks and high retention
  • Edit YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and educational content
  • Edit VSLs (Video Sales Letters), webinar content, and other conversion-focused marketing assets
  • Add captions, motion graphics, animations, sound design, and visual effects
  • Source and incorporate (when asked) B-roll, stock footage, and supporting visual elements when needed
  • Apply client branding, visual identity, and style guidelines consistently across all content
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to ensure visuals support the message and business goals
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver content that is polished and ready to publish
  • Continuously look for ways to improve editing quality, viewer retention, and overall content performance

What This Role Requires

  • This role is about creative precision and strategic execution.
  • When you sit down to edit a video for a CEO, you are thinking about:
  • The Hook: Does the first 2 seconds stop someone mid-scroll, or does it blend into the feed?
  • The Story: Is the core message clear and engaging, or does the audience have to work to understand it?
  • The Pacing: Does the edit hold attention from start to finish, or does it lose people halfway through?
  • The Brand: Does this look and feel like the founder's identity, or does it look generic?
  • The Platform: Is this optimised for how LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube actually serve content to an audience?
  • The Outcome: Is this just a well-edited video, or is it helping the client build authority, generate engagement, and drive business results?

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience editing short-form video content for social media, personal brands, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content, including how different editing styles impact viewer retention and engagement
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software
  • Experience editing talking-head content, podcasts, interviews, VSLs, webinars, and educational content
  • Strong skills in captions, motion graphics, animation, sound design, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to identify compelling moments from long-form content and transform them into engaging short-form videos
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for brand consistency
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A portfolio that demonstrates the style of editing we create, including talking-head videos, captions, motion graphics, and retention-focused edits
  • What to Expect:

  • Available between 8am–4pm Dubai time (within 3 hours of UAE time zone).
