Job Description
DarDoc is looking for a creative video specialist who can shoot, edit, and bring healthcare content to life with strong motion design and visual taste.
We need someone who understands how to make content feel premium, clean, human, and visually engaging.
This role is ideal for someone who can handle the full video process, from filming doctors, nurses, treatments, products, lifestyle shots, and social media content, to editing polished videos with motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound.
Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos for social media, ads, website content, and brand campaigns
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and paid ads
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, lower thirds, and branded visual elements
- Work on reels, treatment explainers, doctor/nurse content, product videos, and lifestyle-style healthcare content
- Understand framing, lighting, pacing, color, sound, and overall visual aesthetics
- Help shape DarDoc’s video style so the brand feels premium, warm, and modern
- Collaborate with the marketing/content team on concepts, scripts, shoots, and campaign ideas
- Manage files, timelines, revisions, and final exports in the correct formats
Requirements
- Strong experience shooting and editing video content
- Good eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Ability to create clean motion design and branded animations
- Experience creating social media content, especially reels and short-form videos
- Comfortable working in fast-paced shoots and editing on deadlines
- Portfolio/showreel is required
- Bonus if you have experience with healthcare, wellness, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands
