We’re looking for a creative, nimble, and trend-savvy Video Content Creator who knows how to stop thumbs and make people double-tap.
If you’ve got an eye for visual storytelling, a camera or smartphone you know how to wield, and you’re always ahead of the latest TikTok or Reel trend, we want you on our team.
About The Role
As a Video Content Creator, you’ll ideate, shoot, edit, and produce social-first video content across formats—be it Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes footage, or motion graphics.
You’ll collaborate with the strategy, content, and design teams to bring campaigns to life in thumb-stopping ways.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short-form video content tailored to different platforms
- Pitch and storyboard creative ideas and formats
- Shoot and edit video for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and audio to enhance content
- Stay on top of social video trends and recommend creative ways to adapt them
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers
- What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience creating video content for social media
- Based in Abu Dhabi
- Strong grasp of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to shoot with both professional cameras and smartphones.
- Confidence to appear in or direct content with talent
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines with quick turnaround
- Great sense of rhythm, visuals, and timing
- Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and work collaboratively to cover shoots as needed.
- **Bonus if you have:**
- Animation or motion design experience
- Arabic language editing or filming experience
- This is a hybrid role for someone who is obsessed with social video, constantly creating, and always learning from what’s trending.
