AHS is looking for an innovative and results-driven Vice President (VP) of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and elevate our brand presence in the luxury real estate market.
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth across multiple channels.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in luxury branding and real estate marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with AHS’s business goals.
Lead branding, digital marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting diverse markets.
Collaborate with sales, communications, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and positioning.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently across projects and campaigns.
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and professional development.
Measure and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Represent AHS at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to reinforce the brand’s authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in luxury real estate or a related luxury industry.
Strong strategic thinking and creativity with the ability to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Experience
with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong networking skills and industry presence.
