Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Vice President of Sales role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Vice President of Sales will define and execute the sales strategy across Bhionix.Group’s portfolio, leading the sales organization to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing high-performing sales teams, setting goals and KPIs, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring consistent sales processes and forecasting.
The role involves driving new business development, expanding key accounts, collaborating with product and marketing teams on go-to-market plans, and representing the company in executive-level client meetings and industry events.
The Vice President of Sales will also analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide strategic input to senior leadership on pricing, positioning, and expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in IT services, consulting, or related technology sectors.
- Strong background in Account Management and Business Development, including experience growing strategic accounts and securing new enterprise clients.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, process optimization, and effective use of CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to build, mentor, and retain diverse, high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, comfortable using data and market insights to guide decision-making and sales planning.
- Familiarity with AI, Cloud, IoT, AR/VR, or digital transformation solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and travel as needed for client meetings and group company coordination.
