We are currently seeking an experienced **Vice President of Operations** to lead our operational strategies and drive efficiency across our retail operations.
Position Overview
As the **Vice President of Operations**, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s operational processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
You will work closely with various departments to implement strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies that enhance efficiency and support business growth.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define operational goals and drive initiatives that improve performance.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Operations or in a senior management role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Salary And Benefits
- Competitive hourly salary ranging from **80** **to** **160** **SAR/hr**.
