Vice President of Operations

Company Overview: Fev Outlet is a registered retail brand located at 88 Fashion Boulevard, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We specialize in delivering quality fashion products at competitive prices while providing an exceptional shopping experience. We are currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our operational strategies and drive efficiency across our retail operations.
Position Overview:
As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s operational processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with various departments to implement strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies that enhance efficiency and support business growth.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define operational goals and drive initiatives that improve performance.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Vice President of Operations or in a senior management role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Salary and Benefits:
