Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with business growth goals.
- Lead brand positioning and storytelling to elevate the Group's profile locally and regionally.
- Oversee digital and performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives, supported by analytics and automation.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with sales and leasing outcomes.
- Direct PR, events, and partnerships to enhance visibility and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across real estate, retail, and hospitality portfolios.
- Use data-driven insights and AI tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategy.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with Projects, Sales, Community Management, and HR to align with operational goals, and support capacity building across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field from a premier university / B-School.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
- Specialized certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Real Estate Marketing are an advantage.
- 15+ years of progressive and strategic experience in Marketing & Communications, including at least 7 10 years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP/CMO level).
- Real Estate industry experience within the UAE is mandatory; exposure to Retail & Hospitality is an advantage.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, brand management, and strategic campaigns.
- Track record of managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Professional-level fluency in English.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Analytics, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) and their business tools.
- Knowledge of design/creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) is an added advantage.
- Strategic marketing and brand management expertise, with strong financial acumen in managing large-scale budgets.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, with a strong grasp of customer insights and segmentation.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural and regional market dynamics.
