Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive people initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management, providing expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, and policy development to ensure effective people management and business growth.

1. Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and workforce requirements.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people-related matters and business transformation initiatives.

Workforce Planning & Talent Management

  • Lead manpower planning activities, including headcount forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify current and future talent requirements.
  • Support talent acquisition strategies and ensure alignment with workforce plans.
  • Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Foster a positive employee experience and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Hr Compliance & Labor Law Management

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor legislative changes and recommend updates to HR practices and policies.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support annual HR budgeting and workforce cost planning processes.
  • Analyze workforce trends, HR metrics, and financial data to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare manpower forecasts and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Policy Development & Governance

  • Review, revise, and draft HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content.
  • Ensure HR policies remain compliant with local legislation and organizational standards.
  • Drive policy awareness and implementation across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication between HR and business functions.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and HR expertise.

Hr Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, retention, headcount, and workforce productivity.
  • Prepare management reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Utilize HR data to support strategic workforce decisions.

Key Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and strengthen industry networks to identify and attract key market talent.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD Level 5/7 preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience working within the UAE/GCC region with strong understanding of local labor legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in workforce planning, HR transformation, and policy governance initiatives.
