Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer
Role Overview
The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer plays a key role in advancing BNY’s engineering initiatives within the Full-Stack Development job family.
This position is responsible for designing, building, and enhancing scalable web applications that support BNY’s strategic focus on innovation, operational excellence, and client-centric solutions.
Working across both front-end and back-end technologies, the Full-Stack Engineer contributes to the seamless integration of complex systems and the delivery of high-quality digital experiences.
This role also supports a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through technical leadership and mentorship.

- Typically, 5–9 years of relevant full-stack engineering experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development, including multiple programming languages, frameworks, and modern development tools.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end application design, development, and integration.
- Experience building scalable, performant, and secure web applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies and engineering practices.
