Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Lead server-side architecture design and implementation using software engineering principles and best practices.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic in collaboration with frontend developers and stakeholders.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability through performance testing and necessary updates.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization solutions to protect applications and data.

Required Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 5-9 years of back-end software development experience.
• Financial services experience.
• Proficiency in back-end programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of Oracle database management and data storage solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and focus on high-quality software solutions.
